Terms of use
Please read these terms before using Truemint. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, don’t use Truemint.
1. What Truemint is
Truemint is a website that lists tokenized stocks on the Solana blockchain and lets you swap them from your own wallet. Swaps are routed by Jupiter, a third-party aggregator, and settle on-chain between your wallet and on-chain liquidity.
Truemint is not a broker, an exchange, a bank, an investment adviser or a custodian. It does not issue any token, does not hold your funds or your keys, and does not execute orders on your behalf. It is not affiliated with the token issuers (such as xStocks, Backpack, PreStocks or Tessera), with Jupiter, or with the companies whose shares the tokens track.
2. No investment advice
Nothing on Truemint is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Bundles, rankings, badges, earnings dates and pre-IPO information are shown for information only. You alone decide whether a transaction suits you.
3. Who may use Truemint
Truemint is not available to persons located in, resident in or citizens of the United States and its territories, or of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, nor to anyone on a sanctions list. Tokenized stocks are restricted products in many countries: you are responsible for making sure you are allowed to hold and trade them where you live, and for complying with each issuer’s eligibility rules. Access from restricted locations is blocked, and you must not try to get around it (for example with a VPN).
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
4. Your wallet and your transactions
You connect a wallet you control. You are solely responsible for its security, your private keys and recovery phrase, and every transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions are final: once confirmed they cannot be reversed or refunded by Truemint. Always check what your wallet shows before you approve.
A basket or a split can be sent as several transactions. Each one succeeds or fails on its own, so part of an order can go through while another part does not.
5. Fees and costs
Truemint charges a platform fee of 0.50% on each swap, taken in USDC and shown before you confirm. You also pay Solana network fees and, when a token account has to be created, a small rent deposit in SOL. Some tokens charge their own transfer fee, set by the issuer (shown as “Issuer transfer fee”); Truemint does not receive it. Prices also include price impact and may move before your transaction confirms, within the slippage limit applied to the swap.
6. What “verified” means
A token is listed as verified when its address appears in the issuer’s official sources and/or matches the issuer’s on-chain mint authority, and when it currently trades with enough liquidity. These checks are made with care but rely on third-party data and can be wrong or out of date. “Verified” only means we believe the token is the one issued by that issuer; it is not an endorsement of the token, the issuer or the company, and it says nothing about its value or risks.
7. The tokens themselves
Each token is issued by a third party under its own terms, which govern what you hold. A token usually gives economic exposure to a share and not the share itself: it may carry no voting rights, no direct dividend, and no claim on the company. Issuers may pause transfers, freeze accounts, change balances (for example after dividends or splits), redeem, convert or delist their tokens. Read the issuer’s terms before buying.
Pre-IPO tokens track private companies: there is no public market price to anchor them, liquidity is thin, the IPO may never happen, and what happens to the token at a listing depends entirely on the issuer.
8. Risks
Trading tokenized stocks involves significant risk and you can lose all the money you put in. Risks include: market risk; issuer risk (the issuer failing, or not holding the assets it should); liquidity risk and price impact; prices drifting from the underlying share, especially when its market is closed; smart contract, wallet and blockchain failures; network congestion; regulatory changes; and errors or delays in third-party services. Only use money you can afford to lose.
9. Information on the site
Prices, volumes, liquidity, price impact, earnings dates and pre-IPO stages come from third parties (including Jupiter, Nasdaq and Yahoo Finance) or are maintained by hand. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Earnings dates marked “Expected” are estimates. The quote you get when you swap is the one that counts.
10. Third-party services
Truemint relies on services it does not control, including Jupiter, wallet providers, Solana RPC providers and the token issuers. Their availability, behavior and terms are their own. Truemint is not responsible for them.
11. No warranty and limitation of liability
Truemint is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truemint and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including trading losses, lost profits, failed or partial transactions, wrong data, or the acts of issuers and other third parties.
12. Changes
We may change these terms, the fees or the site at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using Truemint after a change means you accept the new terms.
